As for proving transparency we have formulated this return & exchange policy to create a bridge of honesty. Our main aim is to clear you about your purchase. We have collected all possible reasons related to returns, cancellations or exchanges. We request you go through the policy before placing the order or claiming a refund or exchange.

Q. My product is defective or parcel is damaged or Different Items Received, can I claim a refund?

We Need Full Video When You Opening The Parcel Yes, we take your product back if it’s defective or damaged, or if the saree is torn. In this case, If you provide a Video of the opening Parcel then we will exchange it Free of cost but if you are not able to provide a Video of the Opening Parcel than it will cost you Rs.300/- Per Exchange

same as Return Parcel, If you compile with our Return Policy Than Return it will cost you Rs.300/- Per Return

1. After Return Request Review and Accepted By Our Team

2. Your Parcel will be Pickup by Courier Partner within 24-48 Business Working Hours, But incase reverse pick up not available then you have to self ship parcel to our warehouse address.

3. After Pickup is done From Courier, you will receive a Refund form link, You need to provide details in order to Receive a Refund

4. There are Only and Only Two options for taking Return Money Bank Account Transfer or UPI

5. Within the Next 24-48 Business Working Hours You will Your Refund Amount on your Given Details.

Q. Product quality is bad or not as I expected. Can I return or exchange it?

We always try to deliver the best sarees to our customers but we produce imitation work. not everyone can afford a ₹50000+ Costly saree. Saree might have a specific type of design. But it’s The Pure Zari Work in Most Sarees But it’s woven designs. It’s the same thing in that design of the saree. All Pictures are Only for Reference Purposes and also we try our best to Keep Quality the same, Our Videos of the sarees are originally captured by us and will be the same as Saree do Prefer Videos for the Best Experience

Q. I don’t like the color of the saree. Can you take it back?

No, we do not provide exchange or return if the customer doesn’t like the color. There is a 10% color difference in some sarees as compared to the picture. Please ask for a video anytime. While taking images, the picture comes in bright colors. Not all sarees look different but some sarees are different from the images. See the video of the saree and then place an order.

Q. What is the timeframe for raising any issue?

You can raise any issue within 10 days after delivery. We are not responsible for any issue after this timeframe.

Q. How many days does it take to exchange or return?

As soon Your Return is Accepted by Our Internal Team, We have Return Pickup Service so within 24-48 business hours and after that we got confirmation from courier services that the parcel is okay and as it is as we delivered after 24 business hours you Refund amount will be initiated on Bank Details that you shared with us Yes Our Executive will ask for Bank Details as to Our policy We only can Refund You via Bank transfer

Q. For what reasons I can’t claim for return or exchange?

Below are some reasons you can’t claim an exchange or refund.

My mom/wife/loved ones don’t like it. (It’s not our fault if the consumer doesn’t like it. Be clear about your order. We always do our best)
I didn’t see the original pictures. (We provide you activity logs of our website where small changes made by any employee of Navshtri are mentioned. We don’t change pictures frequently. We can provide you with proof. So consider purchasing with awareness. We will provide all the details whatever you like but we don’t provide a refund on return in this case.
The product is not “exactly” as pictures (better ask for real videos before you order. We are always here to help you on Whatsapp)
Quality is not as expected { we manufacture imitation work. We always focus on quality. Please look for the original product. If it’s a higher price range then we can provide imitation in this price range. WE CAN’T PROVIDE ORIGINAL PRODUCTS JUST BECAUSE ORIGINAL COSTS 10 TIMES HIGHER) You can ask for videos.
We don’t provide a return, refund, partial refund, or exchange for the above reasons. We don’t make a decision based on emotions. We can accept or reject your request based on the relationship with the customer. We have the right to refund you against this policy or reasons.

Q. What to do if I have the wrong details filled incorrectly?

It’s solely your responsibility to enter the right details. By mistake, if you did anything wrong, let us inform you via mail.

Q. Can I cancel the order once it has been placed?

Yes you can cancel the Order Within 24 Hours after placing an order but you can not cancel the order if you get an SMS and Email about shipping information like tracking ID

Prepaid Orders can not be canceled by the customer Him/herself You have to contact us on WhatsApp or by mail at info@navshtri.com within 24 hours after that you can not cancel it.
